Professional services
Scope, fees, milestones, revision rounds, delivery dates, publishing arrangements and other project-specific terms are defined in the proposal or service agreement accepted for that project. Website descriptions are general and do not replace an agreed project scope.
Author ownership and third-party platforms
Ownership, copyright transfer and royalty arrangements for client deliverables are governed by the applicable service agreement. References to retailers, publishing platforms or other third parties are for identification purposes and do not imply partnership or endorsement.
Accuracy and availability
