Refund Policy
Ghostwriting, editing, design, publishing and marketing are custom professional services. Refund and cancellation rights depend on the work completed, costs already incurred and the service agreement accepted for the project.

Project-specific terms apply
The refund, cancellation and payment terms stated in your signed service agreement, proposal or order form control for that project. If those terms differ from this general website policy, the project agreement takes precedence.
Work already performed
Fees attributable to completed milestones, research, interviews, writing, editing, design work, setup work or other services already performed may be non-refundable to the extent stated in the applicable agreement. Approved third-party costs or purchases made specifically for a project may also be non-refundable.
Cancellation requests
If you need to pause or cancel a project, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the project status, completed work, upcoming commitments and the relevant agreement before confirming any remaining balance, credit or refund that may apply.
Digital and third-party services
Charges paid to third-party platforms, retailers, software providers, printers, distributors, advertising platforms or other external vendors are subject to those providers' own rules and may not be recoverable once purchased or activated.
How to request review
Send the project name, your contact details and the reason for the request to support@metaghostwriters.com. We will review the request against the project record and applicable agreement.
