Edited manuscript and publishing notes on a desk

From manuscript to market

One clear path from idea to published book

Bring us a rough idea, a partial manuscript or a finished draft. We help you move it forward without losing control of the work.

01

Write & Refine

Ghostwriting, editing and proofreading built around your voice.

02

Publish & Distribute

Professional production, metadata and global publishing support.

03

Launch & Grow

Author branding and book marketing designed to keep the book visible.

What we do

Everything your book needs, without the clutter

Choose one service or combine stages into a complete publishing journey.

Writing

Interviews, structure and drafting — the book itself, written in your voice.

Editing & Production

Everything between a finished draft and a book that looks professionally made.

Publishing & Distribution

Listings, metadata and retail reach, with the accounts opened in your name.

Marketing & Author Branding

Making sure the right readers find the book after it goes live.

Media

Formats beyond the page, for readers who listen.

Why authors choose us

Professional support without giving up control

Ownership, royalties, confidentiality, revisions and milestones are clear before the work begins.

Your book remains yours.

Publishing support should make the process easier, not take control away from the author.

01

You keep the copyright

The manuscript is yours. Publishing and sales accounts are opened in your name, and the arrangement is written into your agreement rather than assumed.

02

You keep the royalties

Retailers pay you directly. We do not take a percentage of your book sales, at launch or afterwards.

03

Confidential by default

Ghostwriting only works if it is private. We will sign a non-disclosure agreement before you send us anything sensitive.

04

Writers matched to the subject

A memoir interviewer, a business writer and a children's author are not interchangeable. You are matched to someone who has worked in your category.

How it works

Six clear steps. No guessing what comes next.

Each stage has a clear purpose, a deliverable and an approval point.

01Stage 1 of 6

Discovery and book consultation

A conversation, not a sales call.

We talk through your idea, the reader you have in mind, what already exists in notes or drafts, and what you want the finished book to do for you. You leave with an honest view of scope, format and whether the project is worth starting now.

02Stage 2 of 6

Research and project planning

Scope, schedule, and the shape of the book.

We research the category, comparable titles and any source material you supply. You receive a written project brief: word count, chapter count, interview schedule, milestone dates and exactly what is included at each stage.

03Stage 3 of 6

Outline and story development

Agree the structure before anyone writes a chapter.

Your writer builds a chapter-by-chapter outline from recorded interviews and your material. You review it, we revise it, and nothing moves forward until the architecture of the book is something you recognise.

04Stage 4 of 6

Writing and review

Chapters delivered in batches, not one final surprise.

Drafts arrive on a schedule so you can react early. You comment on voice, accuracy and emphasis while the book is still easy to change, and your writer folds feedback into the next batch.

05Stage 5 of 6

Editing, design and formatting

From manuscript to a book that looks published.

Developmental editing, copy editing and proofreading run in sequence, then cover design and interior formatting for print and eBook. You approve each deliverable before production continues.

06Stage 6 of 6

Publishing, distribution and marketing

Accounts in your name, listings you control.

We set up your publishing and distribution accounts in your name, handle metadata and upload, and — if you choose a marketing package — plan the launch, author branding and ongoing promotion.

Finished books representing author ownership

Built around author ownership

The finished book stays in your control.

Ownership & royalties

Your book, in every sense that matters

You own 100% of the work

The finished manuscript belongs to you. Nothing we write is resold, reused or republished elsewhere.

You keep your copyright

Copyright is registered in your name, and the transfer of rights is written into your service agreement rather than assumed.

You keep your royalties

Retailers pay you directly. We do not take a percentage of your book sales, at launch or afterwards.

Accounts opened in your name

Publishing and sales accounts can be created under your own name and email, so you keep the login and the dashboard.

Final deliverables, publishing arrangements, distribution access and account setup depend on the selected package and signed service agreement.

Why Great Books Fail After Publishing

Why Great Books Fail After Publishing

A strong manuscript is only the beginning. Discover the most common reasons good books struggle after launch — and what authors can do differently.

Self-Publishing vs. Professional Publishing: What Authors Often Overlook

Self-Publishing vs. Professional Publishing: What Authors Often Overlook

The real difference is not simply who uploads the book. It is the amount of strategy, quality control and publishing support behind the final release.

Questions

What authors ask before starting

If your question is not here, ask it on the consultation call.

Next step

Tell us about the book you have been meaning to write

A consultation is a conversation about scope, format and whether the project is worth starting now. No charge, no obligation, no pressure to sign anything.
